Kenneth Feinberg, an attorney responsible for the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund, is the focus of the film "What Is Life Worth." Following the horrific attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon in 2001, Congress appoints renowned mediator and lawyer Kenneth Feinberg (played by Michael Keaton) as the administrator of the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. During this process, Feinberg clashes with Charles Wolf (played by Stanley Tucci), who mourns the loss of his wife on 9/11 and rallies the public to rectify the flaws in the fund. Through this conflict, Feinberg begins to understand the true human cost of the tragedy and develops compassion for the man he initially doubted.
