Inch'Allah, Chloe is a young Canadian doctor who tries to divide her time between Ramallah and Jerusalem. In Ramallah, she works with the Red Cross, while in Jerusalem, she lives alongside her young Israeli soldier friend, Ava. Chloe, who is very sensitive to the conflicts, has to pass through a checkpoint between the two cities every day to go to a refugee camp where she observes the pregnancies of young women. As Chloe becomes friends with one of her patients, Rand, she learns more about the occupied territories and starts spending more time with Rand's family. Caught between the two sides of the conflict, Chloe does her best to bridge the gap between her friends, but also experiences the difficulties of remaining a stranger to both sides.
